Then you get on your mat and...what do you do? Maybe you feel confident enough to practice a few rounds of sun salutations, and then maybe a couple of warriors, twists, backbends and hip openers. But I find the best way to get a full, well rounded yoga practice at home is via Yoga Glo - a brilliant online yoga centre. I play classes through my iPad and stick it at one end of the room.
You can choose which class you practice by different criteria, like how long you have, what style you'd like, what body part or injury you'd like to focus on, your level and teacher. And speaking of teachers, they have some amazing yoga instructors on there including my personal faves Claire Missingham, Dice lida Klein and Kathryn Budig.
It's a well-made site and costs around £12 per month - about the average cost of a studio class! I use it once or twice a week at home in-between my studio classes, or when I have little time.
